Privacy Policy

Section 1 – What do we do with your information?

When you make a purchase from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect certain personal information you provide—such as your name, billing and shipping address, and email ID.

Additionally, when you browse our website, we automatically receive your computer’s IP address, which helps us understand your browser and operating system for analytics and security purposes.

If applicable, and with your consent, we may use your email address to send you promotional updates, information about new products, and other relevant store communications.

Section 2 – Consent

How do you give your consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction—such as verifying your payment method, placing an order, or arranging for a delivery—we imply that you consent to our collecting and using that information for the specific purpose only.

If we request your personal information for any secondary purposes, such as email marketing, we will either:

    • Ask you directly for your explicit consent, or
    • Provide you with an opportunity to opt out.

How can you withdraw your consent?
If you change your mind after opting in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or for the continued use or disclosure of your information, at any time by emailing us at care@enzyvibe.com.

Section 3 – Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Section 4 – Payment

We use Razorpay for processing payments. Neither EnzyVibe nor Razorpay stores your credit/debit card details on any servers. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Your transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your purchase. Once the transaction is completed, your payment information is not stored.

Our payment gateway follows the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a collaboration of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. These standards help ensure the secure handling of your card data by our store and its service providers.

For more information, you may refer to Razorpay’s Terms and Conditions.

Section 5 – Third-party Services

In general, third-party providers we engage will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent required to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers—such as payment gateways and transaction processors—have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to share with them for your purchase-related transactions.

We recommend that you read their privacy policies to understand how your personal information will be handled by these providers.

Please note that some third-party providers may be located in—or have facilities located in—a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you proceed with a transaction involving such a service, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where the provider or its data facilities are based.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party site or application, this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service no longer apply.
